websites without timers for beginners

Does anyone have any recommendations of any websites without timers? I am a beginner and every website I play on the players are constantly rushing me in the game. I get careless when I am rushed and of course always lose. I play on play 65 safety harbor netgammon gridgammon gamesgrid gammonsite and others too numerous to list. All of them seem to be the same. When a player comes on to play I mention playing slow but no luck. I am practicing with the bots but I have found that when I play slow to evaluate positions I do a whole lot better.If there are any websites out there with players who are more compatible and understanding I would love to hear where they are. I do not take a real long time between moves but I do feel one minute is not to much to ask. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your feedback.
