ISP blocks access to XG activation centre or Xavier i need your help

hi all, today, leo jerkovic bought me a xg activation code and sent it to me via email. however, i cant activate my software coz apparently a f** head blocks access to XG site. can a XG staff plz get in contact with me, so that we find a solution around this issue? maybe someone can activate my software manually without me being connected to the xg activation centre? thank you for considering my request rambiz
