Bot vs human opponent - why do I suck?

Every day I play practice session against GnuBG, money session, 10 games. Later I analyze it with XG and go trough my and Gnu's errors.
Generally, I'm satisfied with my playing. My PR is usually lower than 4,0 which I find very good for my level.

And then I go to GridGammon to play some matches. Boom! I make tons of blunders and my PR goes in the sky.

Now I'm trying to see reasons for that and how to improve my playing against human opponents.

Here are some differences, but don't know how relevant they are:

- against GnuBG I'm often interrupted, so 10 games are played half a day, many times less then one game at the time ; on GG I play whole match at once
- I run GnuBG in full screen so board and checkers are big ; on GG board is too small for my taste
- I didn't measure, but on GG I probably play faster than against GnuBG (I don't feel some kind of guilt if I take some time against GnuBG)
- GnuBG plays better than human opponents, creating simpler positions with which I have more experience so it is easier to find correct move?
- GnuBG offers early doubles so take decisions are easier and less times I have opportunity to make wrong take/pass decision?
- money session with GnuBG vs. match play on GG - but those blunders I make at GG are not score dependent, they are just stupid moves at all scores
- when playing against GnuBG, I know I'm weaker of two players; playing on GG I think I play better than my opponents

Does this make any sense?
What should I change or what to do to improve my online playing vs human opponents?
