Recently I studied 21$-MISS-66 variations and found that most of the time 24/18 13/7(2) 11/5 is correct.
I found two exceptions and this is one of them.

This is understandable, because you would give him 21(!) hit and cover by playing routinly (24/18 13/7(2) 11/5). Also 6 is really duped with correct play.
However, two positions shown below confuse me.

Why 21$-32S-66 is correct to play 24/18(2) 13/7 11/5 while not in 21$-32D-66? I wouldn't like to expose myself on quadruple shot! I have done a light rollout but the order wasn't overturned.
