college competition

I think it is great that Phil Simborg is helping college students with backgammon. Would it be o.k. to record these matches or would I need approval? What room in Safety Harbor will they be on and what dates? Anyway I believe that Phil is doing a whole lot for the game and he should be complimented on all that he is doing.
