downloading matches

I would like to know if some of the matches that are mentioned here on the forum or elsewhere will be available for download. How do I know when or if they will be available? I do not expect to get these for no fee but I am unable to travel to see some of these tournaments so downloading is my only option. I understand they all cannot become available but would like to know which ones will be and how to go about receiving them. Two particular matches I am wondering about are the Rockwell vs Neil Kazaross match just mentioned and the Stick vs Falafel match from gridgammon. Please inform what other ones might become available and when so that I can receive them. Again if there is a fee that is O.K. Thank you.
