recording matches gridgammon

Can anyone explain to me how to record matches on gridgammon? I have tried twice with no success. I have pressed the record button and had the text format checked along with gridgammon and sgc checked. After the match is finished a message comes up denied from cprogram text file. What am I doing wrong? I have tried finding out from the gammon associates with no success. Thank you in advance. It is greatly appreciated.
