Card Games - My Own Difficulty Ranking

I'm not trying to do what Robertie did which is quantify the amount of luck in the below list, all I'm doing is stating what card games I think are the easiest to learn/master. This may correlate to 'how skillful' they are but I couldn't give a rat's ass as to a proper rating.

I have omitted some games though tried to list them in parenthesis. They were omitted because some games are too much like other games, such as the likeness of Crazy 8s, UNO, and Skip-Bo. I'm sure I've not listed a game or two as this list is composed entirely of games I know how to play (and consequentially own face at). Poker was also unfortunately mangled into one item because I didn't want to try to break down the 3 zillion variations but if anyone is interested in whether X takes more skill than Y just ask.
