For those who live in or around Toronto. Tournament being run by Vlad Dobrich.

Maple Leaf Backgammon Tournament

Sunday, June 12

At the Maple Leaf Sports Bar, 828 Danforth Avenue between Pape and Jones Ave.

This will be an 8 or 16 player knockout tournament

Entry fee: $100

Starts at 2 pm

There will be satelite qualifyer tournaments for $25 available starting at 12 noon. These will be in groups of four with the winner advancing to the main event.

Complementary wine and appetizers

Prizes based on number of entries, but with

8 players ......First Prize is $500

16 players ......First Prize is $1,000

Some boards with precision dice will be provided but if you have a tournament size set please bring it.
