chess and BG

During a chouette the topic of chess ratings and BG performance ratings came up. I tentatively expressed the view that a USCF rating of 2200 (master) is equivalent to an average PR of 5.5, an international master would be 4x, a grandmaster 3x and a world champion candidate a high 2. Is this a reasonable approximation?
