OT -- Absurd Baseball Hypothetical

Consider the following two players -- one is totally unrealistic, the other is Eddie Gaedel.
#1: Super Pitcher. This guy will strike out any batter he faces. However, he can only be used for one batter in a game, after which he must be replaced.
#2: Super Batter (Eddie Gaedel). This guy will draw a walk every time he bats, but cannot run the bases or play defense, so after he draws his walk, you must pinch run for him.
Questions: How valuable would Super Pitcher or Super Batter be to a major league baseball team? Which would would you rather have?
Let's assume you can only have one of these dudes around. Super Pitcher will never face Super Batter.
