Backgammon Sets/Customer Service

My brother reecently purchased a tournament sized backgammon set from the chess store based in Oregon ( www.thechessstore.com ).Several stones were a tad chipped upon delivery. Their customer service immediately sent him new chips with a great, large sized pouch to hold all other backgammon accessories- cubes, stones, etc. The backgammon set is rather nice and was reasonably priced.I highly recommend this store for backgammon sets, etc. and appreciate the feedback from others who had dealt with them in the past. My brother was a little reluctant to deal with a store online, but, was quite satisfied with the end results. Seth
