One checker closeout table

There is a nice "summary of one checker closed out at double match point according to XG 4-ply rollouts with x checkers off for your opponent and assuming you have the perfect spare distribution of 654"

Could anybody please explain the result for 13-off? Why is the value not between the values for 12-off and 14-off.

Just in case, I rolled out all those positions and got the same results.
