Streaming backgammon: Monte Carlo

I have asked Matt to be part of the USBGF team to stream MC if the USBGF can develop an offering that would be attractive to a large enough number of viewers and financially feasible. That triggered his query to BGonline members.
Matt has not mentioned perhaps the most valuable part of the offer. We would have experts do commentary during the matches. We would also guarantee matches played by experts each day, as well as one of the Semi's and the Finals as well as finals in the Consolation and Last Chance if no conflicts.
I was in Novi and although the quality of the streaming was far better than anything done previously, it did not quite meet the standard that can be done. The camera was not directly over the set but still at an angle. Ben did not have the eequipment to do that. A special light stand needs to be used that has an arm that comes out at 90 degrees. Directly over the set with the right HD portable web cam the reception can be on a par with Extreme and no problem seeing the dice. That is what we would offer.
We would supply the special light stand needed and the HD web cam. We would compensate Matt for setting all this up each day and giving out the schedule, having the players names and scores legible, etc. We would need to pay a stream company for the time, and that comes to a minimum of $500 for us although i am still working on the details of billing for time used and how we would hook each of our viewers that were to pay into the loop.
How many viewers would we get for $15? What price would maximize our revenue? We would give USBGF members a discount but non-members would be able to watch as well.
Is this a benefit that you would like to see long term?
Your feedback will be appreciated.
