OT -- Soccer (Futbol) -- Women's World Cup

They called the Brazilian goalie once on moving forward in the penalty kick sequence -- but watch them over, she moved significantly forward early on every one of them. On the disallowed block against Solo in regulation she moved laterally and minimally, in any, certainly in comparison, forward.

I didn't hear that the refs or FIFA commented on the transgression. Seems it would be only fair during the game for the offending player(s) and team to be made aware of what they did wrong so as to correct the problem. I've seen the replay a half dozen times and I've yet to see any ref raise a flag or make any motion indicating a foul -- until well after the play.
