I don't think Bill is even in the right ballpark calling this one of if not the best comebacks of all time in sports. The goal being scored so late certainly added a lot of drama along with scoring while being a player down but we were down a goal. One goal. lol - hell I think the Tsonga comeback over Federer just the other week was more impressive then this as far as comebacks are concerned. (not that I'd rank that anywhere in the greatest comebacks of sports)

The reffing was kind of sick. I wonder how many times the Brazilian keeper would have been called for being off the line had she blocked any more shots. Hopefully every last one of them but I have my doubts. Coming off the line on penalty kicks before the ball is struck reminds me of traveling in the NBA. Seems to happen all the time but nobody ever does much about it unless it's obscene.

A great game for the US, ignoring the fact that the other team had to score one of our goals for us. Hopefully we can keep it up a couple more games.
