To post a position from XG to the forums you navigate File >> Export >> Position to Clipboard and choose BGOnline.org from the dropdown menu at the top. (toggle off 'show analyze' when posting the original problem) After that all you do is come back to post your message and hit ctrl + v (paste) and the code will appear in the message box.

Before posting your messages use the Preview Button to make sure everything looks good.
