BQ: Safe or aggressive?

The first question I have about this position is "Why is the cube still centered?" Blue still has work to do, so I don't think it's too good. I'm happy to cash as blue, and even happier if White takes.

The safe play (24/21 9/3) seems kinda lame. Blue has the better board, it's not gammon-save, so whack away. I'll hit two - 8/2* 7/4* but the quieter 24/21 8/2* might be better.
