If each team is equally likely to win each game, isn't any given sequence as likely as any other? AA is just as likely as AN, AAA is just as likely as NAN, and so on. To make the question meaningful, I would think you would have to inject some human perspective as by asking "in a series of 81 games, how likely is it that one team will win 11 games in a row at some point?"
