2nd move 32 response to 31 for money

What a coincidence: that exact move order & play came up in my match against Snowie last night. I got dinged for splitting 24/21 and I could not imagine why.

Maybe splitting 24/22 is better because it duplicates 5's? Or maybe we don't want to split to the point that our opponenet wants to make next?
