After rereading your post, It sounds like you are in full screen mode? Are you? When the box pops up to say what was rolled are you not able to click the "OK" button - that should make the boxes disappear. If the boxes do disappear, and you can't seem to do anything at that point - it may be that you need to roll the dice. Click in the middle of the board on the right hand side where the dice normally appear. I am unable to reproduce exactly what you wrote.

One thing you can do is send me your .gnubgautorc file (email it as an attachment to mpetch@capp-sysware.com ). This file can be found in your user directory in a hidden folder called .gnubg .
