It's interesting to me that gnubg gets this seriously wrong, at least at 3-ply. It has B/22 best with B/23, 2/1* .14% MWC behind. I've started a rollout, and so far ( admittedly not far in yet ) that gap is wider in the RO. I'll post the RO results when they are done. I'd guess this, if it holds up, comes from gnubg mishandling the cube somewhere, but that's just a wag.
