Of course, but that was not at the level that Stick and Timothy discussed.
Basically you will never have two identical people, if you dig into the details.
But a lot of these differences are also a "hen and egg" discussion. You can practice your way to a quicker muscular structure, more endurance, more flexibility, etc. Your physique will have limits of course, but within these limits it's a matter of practice. Women's VO2Max is limited compared to men - they can workout their entire lives and never ever reach anywhere near the top male athletes. Do they have less talent?
It's only in a few countries (China comes to mind) where children are selected (and rejected) for particular sports more systematic based on their physique. I know that very talented badminton players are simply not worth the effort, if their physique has some measurable limitations even at early age.
