I take for sure.

If it weren't for Black's blot I think this would be a clear ND. Even if you escape with a 6 right away, you will typically not escape the remaining checker before your front position starts deteriorating.

With Black's blot, the situation is harder for me to evaluate. 1's are somewhat duplicated (24/23 and 7/6) and you will forgo hitting that blot if you roll a 3. I would hold the cube here unless I thought I was going to get a drop.
