Applying Magriel's safe vs bold play, we see that blue has a better board, has more men back, and white has a blot in her homeboard, all of which point to bold play. I'm not seeing anything that points to safe play, so whack the blot on the two point. Then bring one down from the midpoint to get another checker in the zone. Leave the blot on the 24 to have another shot at the blot on the 23.
