I pass this one. Even if we're lucky and we make our 5pt with a 31, Stick is still way ahead (2 back vs 3, 1 at the edge of the 5 prime against none). And if we don't make our 5, Stick may even hit loose if he doesn't roll any escaping number, trying to buy tmie (or to anchor on our 5).

Pass for me, even at this score. MaX.
