In Response To: Bonding hanging in there (Chuck Bower)

Bluff Magazine may have the answer: "Tournament Director Jack Effel announced the plan is to play five levels of action or to 18 players. Should there be more than 27 players remaining, play will continue until the final three tables are set."

Looks like 18 is the lower bound and 27 is the upper bound.
