Of these I thought #3 was the toughest. I looked at the hit but I would have played 14/10 13/10 OTB. Your approach is interesting but I don't think I would be able to estimate the winning chances that accurately.

In #2 I also don't see a Play B but perhaps he considered 24/20 for the 4 because he wasn't alert to the race situation.
