Assuming the cube is on 2 and never gets turned and he loses no gammons it should be:

2 x 60 = +120
4 x 20 = +80
-2 x 20 = -40

For a final total of +160. Since that doesn't match either of your numbers I wouldn't be surprised if I was wrong. This has never been my forte.
