As Hardy said, the answer depends on the match score, cube location (if any), percentage of opponent's gammon wins, recube vig in the specific position of interest, etc., etc., etc.

In any case, 240 or 192 can't possibly be in the right ballpark, even if you mean points won rather than net points won. Suppose you play 100 games and win a gammon every time (with the cube on 1). You'll win 200 points, right? It should be obvious that your scenario is considerably worse than this.
