Grunch. The first three twos are automatic. Blue must enter, and will want to make the four point. Then there are three candidates for the fourth two: split (23/21), down (13/11) and crossover (8/6).
Playing down and crossing over are both plays that work on the prime. Of the two, playing down obtains the best diversification of builders, so it beats the crossover. Is it better than splitting? No. Splitting gives the best chance to bring back the White checker that has escaped. Splitting also bids for an advanced anchor. White will likely bring down some wood on his turn, so splitting off the primed two-point will only be harder next time.
My move: bar/21, 6/4(2).
