When is it a error

There are two ways to answer this question.

The simpler answer is to say that something is an error if the bot says that it was wrong by more than x. The value of x is a matter of opinion but here x = 0.138 and most people would say that this is a big blunder to take.

A better answer is that it depends on the relative strength of you and the other players, both in general and for this particular position. Assuming that you're noticeably better than the other players, your best chance of making money is to stay in the box, so you may want to take more deeply than the bot says you should. (Of course you shouldn't overdo this, or you will lose too much money from your technically incorrect takes.)

For this particular position, are you going to be able to play it significantly better than your opponents will? Your opponents may bear in incorrectly, increasing their chances of leaving you a shot. If the game turns around, they may make a take/drop error when you redouble. If you don't get a shot (or you miss the shot), they may fail to play aggressively for the gammon. Of course, you may make errors too.

It's difficult to quantify all these factors. What you should be taking away from the bot is not how big an error you made, but a better understanding of the position. When you looked at this position, did you evaluate all the relevant features? How do your chances go up or down when you redistribute your spares or move your front checkers forwards or backwards to change your timing? What about your opponent's distribution of spares? Etc.
