I am pretty sure I mentioned "6" as a post here, and 14/6 is what I would play OTB. It looks to me like you should not be playing with two outfield points, and 4 checkers piled up there, so you'd want to break one of the outfield points now (better now than later because your opp's board is now weak but will get better soon).

So the (legal) plays to look at are 14/11 14/9 and 14/6. Play with one blot dictates 14/6, so that was my choice. 14/11 14/9, however, has the advantage of easier follow up, leaves the blots in front of a striped point that our opponent does not want to lose, and creates more returns if hit. 14/11 14/9 then now (if the one is wrong the other must be right, so it is easy now).
