I think you want to move the checker on the 21, and the further the better (also no reasonable 6 after 21/18). So 21/15. Then you can not afford to be hit on the 18 after 18/15, want to keep the 10 and 8 point, so 13/10, creating a spare, and leaving blots in front of a stripped point.
