XGR++ (has been slightly overrating Blue from this position-type so far) says it is an easy take with the spare back on the ace pt. I won't bother with a RO. That makes it more likely that White can form a 2nd anchor. Once again, Blue only has 9 checkers in the semi-blitz zone so survival is common.
