No this is a contradiction at all. On 1-ply bots are like humans.... well more or less ;) they've learned what we learned so they reject the move. But on 2-ply they see that this move is really great and humans will never be so good in calculating deep search trees... And you probably misunderstodd Neil XG finds it on 2-ply and above.
