24/20(2) is obvious: White made her 4-point, so the value of the golden point is much higher now: White's 4-point has no priming function anymore.

The other half of the roll I'd prefer the 4-prime 13/9(2) rather than hitting or making the 4-point. Making the 4-point lets White escape with 6es. And hitting on the 2-point would only be good in combination with 8/4(2). This play would be strong if for instance the 2 checkers on White's 4-point were hanging around as blots in White's outfield. But here, with White having made the 4-point, making the golden point is the first priority.
