The IP address ban you added to your apache config to block Christians IP address. You didn't Block his account, since he can still sign on and even read from any IP address except where he previously frequented the forum from. I'm not an idiot, I do know what Apache throws up by default when you do this.

And by the way, the forbidden access message has a problem since one of the support files is missing. If you'd like me to tell you how to fix it I'd be glad to.

I was contacted by Christian in a support capacity when he thought there was a site issue. The interesting thing is that I saw an OT Post he made about Tennis that you promptly removed early yesterday and then shortly after he emailed me. I do not believe in coincidence.
