Why not variable side pools?

In Response To: Why not variable side pools? (Art Grater)

I very much like the idea and I´m in if you can provide the spreadsheet:

- any amount from $20 upwards by increaments of $10

- 5% cut

- payout 70/30 to 1st and 2nd according to the size of the side-bet.

- rounding up/down to $5 (432.50 = 435 / 392.49 = 390)
