Cube action ATS?

Black is 4 away and there are gammons afoot. (12 checkers in the zone against a single checker). Meanwhile, white has no board, so black sitting on the bar isn't as bad as it might seem.

Can white take? I'm not sure (cue kit's law to solidify the double decision). Again, I see 12 checkers in the zone against a single checker, so white's gammon chances are not far-fetched, or at least a strong re-cube. I'll say take. I'm not sure what the takepoint is for the trailer at 9-away 4-away, but it's probably deepish.
