Even if you had two Saudi sheiks who wanted to put up a million bucks apiece, it would be surprising if they wanted to enter your side pool with 90% return when they could just make a last-longer bet between themselves!

My guess is that offering 3 options would be enough to satisfy 99.9% of the potential clientele without the headache that unlimited options would present. Just when you think you have software that can accommodate any potential request, here comes UBK saying he wants to bet pi dollars.
