If you are overclocking, you definitely want a "K" variety chip with an unlocked multiplier (e.g., i7-2600K). Only get the i7-2600 if you plan to run at stock.

GT 530 is fine. I don't even think you need a vid card but you probably don't spend any more than $50 there.
