We must make the barpoint anchor and, since our opponent will never leave us a shot next roll, it should make little difference whether we play 8/4 or 13/9. I'll vote for 13/9 since all numbers will then make the 4 point or slot the 3 point or both and we should easily make both points long before our opponent strips his outfield. 13/9 makes us less likely to make our barpoint, but we don't need it for containment and, since the race is close, if we made it we probably wouldn't want to keep it for long.
