Instead of making a tree like that I think the following is simpler.
Call the dice A and B. What is the chance of die A landing as a 6 at least once if you roll it twice? If you play backgammon you might recognize this is as being the same chance of entering a checker vs a 5 point board and know it is 11/36. You could also determine that from first principles of course.
Similarly there is a 11/36 chance of die B landing as a 6 at least once if you toss it twice.
The chance of both happening is (11/36)^2 = 121/1296 (approx. .093)
