How much do crossovers matter again?

If we treat this as a straight race, the pip lead + white's three ace point checkers makes it look to me like a clear double and I might even drop it. With the added bit of contact perhaps making blue play inefficiently with most 1s and the joker of 61 I think the take is clear but I'd certainly still double. None of the formulae I know how to use count crossovers, so I'm probably missing the point completely.
