RO may or may not be an indication, but EXPLANATION is needed

Gammons matter (if enemy is at 1) Even when they matter PPriming may be an option because of lack of oxygen. Pointing on the Bulgarian anchor (3) is still not enough air. Any immediate 6 for blue leaves his backmen in dissaray and gammon danger. If Blue abstained from the Bulgarian anchor immediate 6 is not dangerous, but he is going to crumble his board still and have miniscule winning chances.
Here comes the PP to help. Seems like desperation, but 4/1 will bring the needed checker back and the life saving air. In an adequate timed (12) backgame even leaving the copper(Bulgarian anchor) would not be a danger. I guess RO may prove PP to be better both at GS or DMP.
Before someone explains better or before some bot is VERY MUCH certain of the opposite, I support Bob in the move.
