Nice set of positions. In general, I believe that when Blue is at the edge of the prime, he should favor making the 4pt so as to protect himself in a blot-hitting contest, whereas if Blue is back on the 24pt, he should favor making the bar point in order to equalize primes. At the same time, locations of spares have elevated importance in priming battles because the ability to extend a prime by one unit can make a big difference.

Thus I would make the 4pt in Number 1 and the bar point in Number 3, since both of the above factors point in the same direction. Number 2 and Number 4 are harder since they pit these factors against each other. I would make the 4pt in Number 2 since making the bar isn't that much better a priming play, given Blue's front-loaded structure. Number 4 I'm the least sure about, but probably the bar point.
