In Response To: Hit or No Hit This XGID does not render well in GNUbg (leobueno)

Download web page is here: http://www.gnubg.org/index.php?itemid=56 . In particular this version fixes the Swap Player functionality. The XGID pasting now makes assumptions based on new XG2 export feature default value "Player on roll always on bottom". This tries to mitigate the issues Leo Bueno reported here.

There was a bug that erroneously marked moves Luckier than they actually were that was also dealt with.

This version is about 10% faster than the 20110518, and the cache size is about 38% bigger.
