I was ready to run until I read Neil's note

I'd like to ask everybody to please vote first, then read. This isn't much of a fun experiment if Neil (or some other strong player) posts, people read what he does, and then just does what he does. It's not about getting things right, it's about learning something.

I don't know that there *should* be any rules here, but if there are going to be any, it's that.
