It's not sure that with any type of position I have any more experience than Daniel does. I don't have the slightest idea how he plays, whether he plays a 3, a 6, or a 9. And in general w/bg experience with doesn't translate to adeptness as we all know or those people who have been playing bg for 5 decades would be better than those who have played for 5 years. That's all just a sidebar.

you haven't played out the position enough to notice the difference yourself.

I haven't played out this particular position. I have played out countless other similar positions and studied this type of position in the past and I don't know any other way to put it, you just don't switch here. I will happily prop my play v. the switching play for a significant amount of money, that's how sure of my play I am. Also, while I didn't consult XG before any of this I have looked at it now and it doesn't like switching either for whatever that's worth.
